Ther is a lot politics and the management issu Salary not a proper timing career growth is very slow. There is a bond 3 year which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in thr beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
