The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. Work pressure is very high sometime and no timings have to work up to 12 hours. also , there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.
