Zero Job Security. Limited Projects. Terrible yearly increments. Intense work pressure. Incompetent Leads and management. Feels like working in a call center as there is no fixed work timings and you have to attend calls whenever it is scheduled, even midnight. When we ask for leaves, the mangers act as if we are asking money from them. They reject any and every leaver applications stating the fact that monthly billing will be affected. Appraisals, No work life balance. In the name of appraisal they provide few pennies like 3% to 5% increments only no matter how good you perform and That too get delayed by 4-5 months. They will hire people with 200% increments but never provide even 10% increments to their existing employees.
