There is not job security There is no project There is no employee oriented culture People with no technical knowledge leading team Pathetic management ( in pune office ladies handling the whole office and they are ruining the culture & they create the group and giving favouritism to only those employee. 1) Call Center Mentality of management. 2) Management is under the assumption that working 80+ hours a week will keep the clients happy. 3) They extort work from employees by using any means necessary, however underhanded it may be. 4) Employees are threatened, blackmailed, harassed, abused by managers and onsite leads constantly. 5) The HR team is just for show, they are busy planning friday activities and they might not even know the meaning of their roles and are busy keeping the management happy, they are paid watchmen and goons to harass employees. 6) Increments are a joke and they use the silliest of the reasons to deny a good rating or hike. 7) Projects are 3rd rate, most of them are support roles. 8) There are good front-line employees who know their skills but they are underutilized and do not get recognition because of the mid level management who are the very definition of useless. 9) Tooo many managers and leads for a single project. These managers know that there is no other place that will hire them or even consider them, so they do anything and everything to keep their role safe in this company. 10) The Higher Management running the company is only looking out for the monthly profits and are lease bothered about the employees. 11) The number of people leaving and joining the company is almost the same every month. They extort work out of you, typically people work for more than 80+ hours in a week. There is no concept of weekends, public holidays and personal time in this company. 7 days a week you are expected to work, work and work. Mentally unstable people are made as project leads and team leaders, who learn "how to run a project from YouTube" and try to look cool by talking about technical ideas which they cannot fathom even in their wildest dreams. People who have exceptional boot polishing skills will grow in this company, if you are a independent thinker with actual skills, the mangers will make it their life's mission to destroy you. The yearly increments are peanuts. You will loose your health, mental peace and humanity working in this company. A 3rd rate call center is better than this place. Absolutely nothing other than WFH option for some of the projects

Goonish nature of the onsite managers. Absolute disregard for the mental and emotional health of the employees and the namesake HR team which is just there to plan fun friday activities and take photos for the social media accounts. As a fresher i was expected to work 7 days a week and 16+ hours every single day. No weekends, No public holidays. If you do not comply, they threaten to fire you. The onsite managers insult you on calls and use sarcasm to humiliate you. Disgusting behavior. Increments are a joke. The HR team will not help you, come what may. They are just there for name sake. Most useless team. They are the paid goons for managers to fire employees and they never stand by the side of the employees in any situation. They blindly trust the managers of projects even when the managers are in the wrong. Avoid the Univar project at all costs. The Indian onsite manager is a know it all half baked god complex serial employee abuser. He has ZERO respect for employees. People work 15+ hours every single day. Employees have had heart attacks and many have left the project because of the toxic nature of one single manager and still the iLink HR team is turning a blind eye even when several complaints have been sent by employees. HR team is only focused on Friday activities and are lease bothered about the employees. HR team is there to protect and serve the management. All in all a horrible place to work.
