Avoid the Univar project at all costs. The Indian onsite manager is a know it all half baked god complex serial employee abuser. He has ZERO respect for employees. People work 15+ hours every single day. Employees have had heart attacks and many have left the project because of the toxic nature of one single manager and still the iLink HR team is turning a blind eye even when several complaints have been sent by employees.
