Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I don't think the people here in the higher ranks are matured or deserve to be in the position they are in, as it clearly showed in the interview. An interview, which is supposed to be a two way conversation, looked like a one way street. This clearly shows the level of maturity, understanding (or the lack of it).Overall I would say it is a mixed bag. You will find some good people and also some bad people.
