There is no concept of weekends, public holidays and personal time in this company. 7 days a week you are expected to work, work and work. Mentally unstable people are made as project leads and team leaders, who learn "how to run a project from YouTube" and try to look cool by talking about technical ideas which they cannot fathom even in their wildest dreams. People who have exceptional boot polishing skills will grow in this company, if you are a independent thinker with actual skills, the mangers will make it their life's mission to destroy you. The yearly increments are peanuts. You will loose your health, mental peace and humanity working in this company. A 3rd rate call center is better than this place. Zero job security and you can be fired any time without notice. You need to keep the managers and your leads happy if you want to survive here. People without technical expertise become Technical Architects in this company. Avoid the RPA domain in this company at all costs. The RPA domain has an onsite manager who is a "Empty vessel makes the most noise" kind of a guy who acts as if he knows everything in the world. Even if we raise concerns to the HR team, no one bothers to help you. The HR team is only busy planning Friday fun activities.
