1. Citiustech Training team is best only.

1. Staffing team is worst, they are randomly allocating projects to the folks who don't have that knowledge which is required in the project. 2. Favoritism, internal politics is very much we can see. 3. Office Culture is very bad 4. Team size is very less, maximum legacy projects. 5. No job security, hire and fire policy they believe. 6. Very less no of projects so huge number is present in talent pool or bench from where they are firing. Lastly I can say that as there is no job security, so I don't think fresher should avoid this company and also their Culture now a days is very decreasing due to huge favoritism and internal politics in team....Read More
