Salary wise this was a good company and they see your skills not your education

Salary - Excellent
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

The company culture is not at all adoptable, it includes going out also work base only if your a girl with good communication skills and if your good in speeking and would be an open minded girl than this place will suits to you.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
