I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Good Salary, Less workload, Free flat, free water, Free medication. School for employees children.All at one place.

Work policy: As flat are situated in campus itself, you can come to hone at any time. Few works you can do sitting at home.
