In IGT Solutions, there is no learning.. they have old projects and only support work is there. Moreover the management is very biased. If you hold good terms with them you can get the benefit of it. Otherwise there is value of work that you do it's only good terms that matters there. Eg. Some people chill while others are burdened with their colleagues work. Talking about job security, the company is not stable even..so you can't expect a stable job for you. Also, there is career growth....Read More

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
