I like the work environment of igt and work life balance with work and personal life. Igt has the best facility provide to theirs employees.

Dislikes

Salary is very less and salary appraisal not good , I got only 127 per month appraisal. In senior management politics everywhere , there hire only Muslims people's and doesn't care the Hindu due to the most of senior are Muslims. This is the most worst thing and they don't know how to talk with agent and don't care. They doesn't have enough systems to work. I forgot one of the worst thing is transport and their charges + no show . Per no show 100 bucks deduct from Salary of you miss the cab or not respond while cab timing. They deducted the hard earned money from agent salary. On diwali they nothing provide like bonus or gift....Read More

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
