For some one who has no skill, no motivation to grow, this company may be suitable for a year. Staying more than that is stupidity on steroids.

Dislikes

1) The manager to whom you report to, is also the owner, does not trust anyone and terrible at managing. No managers or seniors will be hired. He micromanages everything and changes the requirement at will. Sometimes forgets what he says. 2) His vision is terrible so much that there is no successful launch of new products. The company mostly running on profit from one old product. 3) The products does not have design phase at all. direct blind development. No coding standards followed. No SOLID or design patterns practices are followed. But the owner compares the company with Amazon. Lol. 4) They have tracking software to track mouse movement, keypresses, etc like a BPO. The owner does this because he lacks the ability to manage to company and trusts no one. 5) He has 2 so called employees who are useless and sleeps mostly in the company. They wake up only to create issues by spying on people and tell on them to owner so they can show off like they are managing lol. 6) They have 2 years fake bond and will not give you experience certificate unless you pay them 1.5 lakhs. 7) Dev systems won't be connected to Internet. They fool people to think they are doing it for security but its because the owner thinks someone will steal their useless products which are not worth anything anyway. So you want to use stackoverflow or youtube? use someother system. Coz SeCUriTy! This company is doomed to fail unless you 1) kick those 2 spies (M & S) out of the door 2) Follow software architecture and industrial practices. 3) Make casual and small games. 4) Hire senior developers and manager (who does not come to office at 6pm and leaves at 8pm to micromanage but to stay in office and get things done)...Read More
