Here I’m talking about only my process I.e. SBIC , as a company organise every cultural programs but in our process we don’t have any rights to join that . I like only company’s architecture.

While working in my process there so much politics and there is no growth , any one can depressed . And also there worst management. You can not take any sick leave any other leaves . There is no any work life balance .

Cleaning is good,and any thing break on the floor so cleaning staff clean the all things in min lighting,fan,ac,& medical are good.

Dislikes

Some senior staff not good behaviour with female staff and if female staff doing work accordingly TL so he will promoted ther wi,it's 9 hours for which is not liked any more,food also price also very high, in my process most of the system not working and my tl not doing anything he just always changed my sit.

Title: Terrible Company – Stay Away! This company has no respect for employee well-being. They force ridiculously long work hours, have a toxic work culture, and dump an overwhelming amount of work on you with no support. Management doesn't care about work-life balance, and burnout is inevitable. Avoid this place if you value your sanity! Just because few employees were using phone other employees were also punished by telling them not to carry the phone with them. What if someone is having an urgent call from home. Safe environment for night shifts, best company ever for freshers, managers are easily approachable even the vice president sir, is exceptional when it comes to help the advisor going out of the box, Best company ever for freshers, will get a good salary in international process and good working experience

Policies such as lwp that can kill the whole incentives, attendence bonus of 5k, retention bonus of 9k and salary for those days.

The working atmosphere is good actually great bt the staff is horrible. The company can b great and all the companies are mostly bt its the staff actually that matters.

Dislikes

Strict 8hrs of login. Even when systems are not available in the office. You'll have to complete 8 login hours whether you're able to login half an hour later due to systems issue or some other issues(not employee's fault). You'll have to extend the shift for the same. And no sick leaves. Work pressure is too much. Food court & toilet distance is too far it'll take 10-15 min to walk up-down at a time....Read More

Salary package and increment is provided is very good when you join IEnergizer.

Attendance policy is not good if somebody forgot to punch out then that same day salary get deducted whether he has worked for the entire day. Also the policies are not employee centric. Overall, Attendance,Leave ,Break and punching/out policy is also not employee friendly.

1. This company overload the employee's with extra work which led to staying in office for extra 2-3 hrs on almost every day without any extra overtime pay 2. This company makes fool of employees by not giving the salary as per their skills, 3. Only those people gets promoted here who do buttering to seniors and play as their puppets or those who are knowing each other from previous companies 4. The seniors torchers you by targetting you for everything to spoil your image in office 5. The people or the seniors here will intentionally give you the work that you don't know how to complete and will not teach you about that anything 6. Almost on everyday, they waist time of employees on the name of official meeting which led to waitage of 2+3 hrs on daily basis and later on they question you in open forum and on mails for not completing the work within timeline 7. This company has one of the worst company culture I have ever seen in my career of 14 years as they blindly believe the girls saying and do not use their minds to invest the complete situation 8. In this company it is very easy for girls to put on fake allegations on male colleagues and company will blindly trust girls only and will not use their mide for male person 9. Worst company i've ever worked with. Absconded me without any notification even after I shared my medical documents with manager. its been a week now and yet there's no email or any phone call received from HR regarding my job status yet.

no work life balance management treats you like a slave management never adheres to the company policies and just do whatever they wants to do and say whatever they wants to say. they take action on your job status with any prior notice or any communiccation trainers and team leads will yell at you in front of everyone on minor things

It's domestic organization.. It has few international process which works as per domestic guidelines. Never trust on their salary part.. They will quote you 44 in hand and pay u 32 i hand.. Even pf is optional. Thay themselves rate your reviews while releasing Letter of intent. 😝😝😝very unprofessional.
