Environment and culture of this company is not good . no one can survive 6 month in this company before 6 month every sales person has left from iconic

In iconic I spend a very tough time of my life . I hope will seen this again , even they forced employees for sitting down on dirty tiles when office is under construction due to dirt and smell of paint breathing is tough but no work from home or holiday at that time . They don't have any care of employees health
