They never understand the problem of their employees even if it's genuine . I wanted leave for my marriage and at the same time my father was expired . When I took the leave they consider me as a absconder and not letting me join the company again and they are also not alloted me any releaving letter so that I could have join any other company . Till now I am unemployed because of icici lombard
