Worst company, No Growth scope for new employees, old employees domination. No proper scale for rating - use bell curve method for rating which is one of worst method of appraisal. Unworthy candidates are in AVP position - who don't know basics and does not have minimum common sense how to behave with fellow employees
Dislikes
HR is for name sake, blind people, machinery company, Saturday Holiday as per HR rules but not applicable practically, sometimes should work on Sundays also but no pay. They give just 3% hike for freshers who have completed more than one year. No any other benefits except insurance. No proper job training and uses outdated applications
