Dislikes

Profile at ICICI wealth is not about wealth management but an insurance agent. One should think 100 times before joining this bank. Work culture is terrible as only thing they concern about is life insurance, nothing else

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
