Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions. 1.The brand name is good. At least you get that. The HR policies are good (though not operational). 2. If you are someone who is not in sales role then the Knowledge byte and the weekly news letter they send is among the best. Though the sales persons also get it but they will never find time to go through it.

Dislikes

1. The HR policy is one among the best but mind it that it's not operational. HR policies tell you that Unlimited sick leaves are allowed but your Supervisor will scold you black and blue on the day you join back. If the sick leave is just before a holiday then even if you are genuinely sick the supervisor will not approve your sickleave. 2. The supervisor will always ask you what business you have done or what work you have done at the end of the day while you are leaving for home at 7:30 or 8 PM. But never before that time. 3. If you feel a customer will value a meeting with your BM but if your BM is not interested he/she will not meet him....Read More
