Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions. I searched through different platforms but I am unable to get exactly what is the range of this at ICICI, I have over 2 years of experience and my current CTC is 12LPA, It would be helpful for me to know what can be the expected range that I can have for this role at ICICI

Working at icici can be better but unless and until the behaviour of employees changes it cant happen.

Dislikes

No job security and no suppprt from the team. Morning huddle starts with demotivation. Newly joined employees are always asked that- "if you cant met sales target just leave the job". They always say that- look somewhere else for job, you can't do it.
