No one will teach you anything,if you join as a freshman they will tell you that nobody will ask you for sales but within a week they will send you to market alone without any support and will ask for high value account, if you not able to do that they will shout at you and taunt you for not working and ask for resign.

The bank is in work process,so its towards the growth of other banks. Its the larger scale of bank...My seniors always convience me for different type of works.As far so one day the Branch Lead is in my Hand....Many many difficultioes are ther.....But there is no growth in EMI.Salary.

The working pressure is very high....And there is no specially income like incenyives Bonus Surplus charges etc...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
