Good Brand Name, nothing good apart from it.

No proper training provided by ICICI, one is directly thrown into live environment. No support from seniors. We have to learn things from our mistakes itself. No work life balance.Seniors in hierarchy pressure new employees to do all work. Credit manager is also a sales manager in ICICI Bank. Senior management also have expectations from new joinee to perform cross sale without proper training..
