Hi all, I'm a data scientist with over-all 3.6 YoE and 2.6 YoE in Data science. I work in Banking, specifically in Model Development, Validation and monitoring. My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. Am I being paid fairly? If not, how much should I ask for? Please help a rookie out. Thanks in advance

Its salary.. they put all its associates work on bank officials...like prudential..lombard. mf..loan..gold loan...sip..adhaar making..due to which its become impossible to work on system regarding general banking operation..it also include account sourcing..😑

Its very tough... i got salary which does not match with my work.. at reached at 8:40am and left most probably 10pm
