Especially in Kadapa location we need to change our community to Christianity then we can sustain if we are down to there internal politics then only we can sustain totally here they are spoiled the bank culture very horrible days spent in icici, but I still can say bank from centrally is very good

Job security, slow but good enough growth. Respectable job.

The approach with which new employees are treated is not good. People who are seniors are supposed to make our selves learn new things rather than expect us to do all just by looking at them. Potential employees are being used to full with out giving proper salary on the training period it self buy expect us to do all with out any joinee claims and allowances approval on time to us.
