Work environment is not suitable. Team mates are not supportive enough. Salary hike is less. Politics everywhere. Only sales knowledge matter operation knowledge doesn't get a count. Politics in every places. Salary is good but growth is slow. They expect we already have past knowledge and expect new joinee to implement those things. No training has been given. Only sales knowledge get counts not operation. Bm dbm doesn't help expect us to complete their work. Toxic work culture doesn't get any respect for the position. Treat as a sales person only.
