Hi all, I'm a data scientist with over-all 3.6 YoE and 2.6 YoE in Data science. I work in Banking, specifically in Model Development, Validation and monitoring. My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. No training, depend on agency, job security is high, growth is slow, salary is not good , travel policy is good, lots of politics, no learning because you are collector , nothing innovative and work life balance is good. HR policy is just diplomatic department of ICICI bank where they are just machines.

Debt managers are just collector here in early buckets and doesn't matter that you are AM or CM1. Beyond the bucket 3 first 10 days are normal 10-20 some pressure and last 10 days you are just a collector or pick up boy.
