Hi all, I'm a data scientist with over-all 3.6 YoE and 2.6 YoE in Data science. I work in Banking, specifically in Model Development, Validation and monitoring. My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. In a bank job, you will get all the government holidays without fail, work at regional office is more interactive with other department staffs, friendly environment

Poor management, Only my job title suggests I am a manager, but being a debt manager I have to visit the customers daily and have to trace their new addresses like an field executive, no skill development support or product support. No precautions and safety kits for the field visits, they simply don't care about the employees once they step out of the office door. Mandatory visits is like hell, I mean whats the use of checking in the customer place who already normalised their account, less conveyance, petrol allowance and salary...Read More

For me ICICI bank is the stepping stone into banking. Had learned a lot right from basics to advanced one. Hand-holding for me is one of the best. Bosses and super bosses were so friendly and guiding to achieve greater heights . Even a super boss hears what we say and if it is valid will accept and if any correction needs to be done then and there they would intimate.

Dislikes

Ratings in collections is the only drawback which i see. Only few get promoted.
