They have tie up with NIIT to recruit new employees. So they don't respect existing employees. Had a terrible life working there. 8.30 am to 9.00 pm work cycle. No time for personal life.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
