They just trap youngsters in the name of PO programme and made them sign a financial bond so that they can’t leave the organisation.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

If u don’t follow your supervisor instructions whether they are wrong you will be penalised in term of your carrer growth.You will not get promoted despite of your capabilities.Finally you will have to leave the company.
