Nothing much i liked in this one month of joining.

Dislikes

Everything at ICICI i disliked starting from HR policies and behaviour to working policies. They hire us a relationship manager but actually it is sales officer. Moreover the HR doesn't respond to the call or text. Sometimes they are rude and unsupportive. People are not supportive also.

Everything except the monopoly made by the senior management. My 1st organisation in life I joined as a banker... Loved it and always will be in love with ICICI. Till date I prefer ICICI first before any other banks be it for savings or investments.

1- Abusive languages by the BM. 2- Daily do or die kind of situations (Selling products of bank). 3- No one cares if you mis sell, but end of the day you have to cross-sell. 4- Structure change from 2019 was terrible, Rh started sitting in main branches and they just spoiled everything (For RH, every rule of branch was exempted). 5-Poor internal auditing system. 6- Its hard to get approvals for branch deliverables on time. 7- Dissatisfied customers because they always get unnecessary calls for investments and all. 8- The more you are closer to RH, the more likely you are to be promoted with excellent rating and transfer as you wish. 9- Too extended working hours (I was in the main branch and despite of complaints, the branch closing time was around 9-10pm and sometimes 11pm) 10- The morning evening huddles are lengthy (Morning huddle the meeting goes on and customers keep waiting in the lobby, Evening huddle you have to plead or make excuses to the BM to leave you since you have a life and family after job). 11- Had to quit because of the RH and BM dirty office politics (They were all set to make me DBM, but next morning officially declared another VB as DBM who knew zero about anything, just because she mis sells and gets LI to them). 12- Till date, my customers call up and talk about that VB being DBM knowing nothing and behaving weird to them just for business....Read More
