For my process it was kind of relaxed. No manger in site so less pressure. Very less data has to be shared on daily basis. No work pressure is the high light but all depends upon the process

Dislikes

No job security. I have seen people thrown out of the company without proper reasons. Promotions after 1st level that is TL,QA, is very limited.

This is the worst company I have joined.... Really... I completed my notice period on 15th July 2024 It's been more than 45 working days and company denying to credit my remaining amount and issue my reliving letter. They said will get the amount aftre 1 month from now. I met ER but ER team is useless.

They don’t even have the clean water, the broken chairs are there for the executives, no management, the temperature is very high at the working floor, the management is very poor, and a lot politics

They removed me without Notice without any performance issue. Also, They haven't provide salary. I recommend not join here at management level they took such decisions

Not at all benefits in name PLI they cut the amount from your salary which in CTC and work culture not in a basic manner also. Higher management have words with cost cutting every time and don't give the salary on time Not recommended for joining there if you want enhance growth and salary part also
