Salary /appraisal is very less, high work pressure may be we have to stretch the login hours some times and also work extra day to cover up the work. IJP is very less and even you have it there are some criteria that you need to meet.

I joined IBM as Tech support and left the company with the same designation after giving 4 years of my hard work. There is no respect to the employees they just want the work to be get it done. I was not at all treated as part of the company.
