I don't think this will apply to all IBM offices and teams. This review is specifically for Mainframe team in gurugram location. It was horrible. They did not have any projects for most of mainframe employees. They just kept us to fill the seat so that they can show it to the client. Manager was the defination of bad management, he never let us switch to other teams where we can learn. He used to say that, "you either leave the organisation or work in mainframe" (where we did not have anything to do). We were not able to connect with HR as all seniors and management told us horrific stories of people who went to HR and got fired for no reason....Read More

Need Suggestion’s

I have 3 years of experience at IBM as a #DataEngineer in a Big Data role. I have applied to multiple MNCs, and I received an interview mail from TCS for a Data Engineer role on 22nd January. I rescheduled the call, but I haven’t received any confirmation or reschedule mail from TCS since then. Could anyone suggest what I should do next? Also, if anyone could share #DataEngineer interview questions, it would be greatly helpful for my career.
