Great, innovation driven culture. Lots of opportunities for learning. Great ambience to work and motivating managers.

Dislikes

Uncertainty over job. Poor promotion culture where some of the associates get promoted easily and for others it is tough as anything. The perks too are being given that way only.

Lot of things, seems like ibm policy is just in notes. In reality harrasment and unprofessional behaviour is treated as normal in ibm.
