Recently, there have been a lot of hiring in the higher management, people I have worked with. The problem is such employees don't know how to keep calm and make things go smooth, you must have seen someone like this around you if you work in IBM. They yell a lot at their subordinates, try to delegate and each and every one of theirwork and encourage a lot back talk culture amongst their subordinates. The overall culture of IBM is shifting towards like other service companies, where employees will stop loving the company and work only for money and the day they get a better offer, one will simply quit.
