Favouritism, partially no good hikes even onsite opportunity will not be disclosed if you are not favourite. Preference is given to older employees not skilled employees. There is no working ethics First Managers will make to work for 14-15 hours and then give bad rating once you get release from their project that too without having any formal assessment discussion with them. Higher authorities should take strict actions against such Managers and Monitor there activities .

Working with IBM is good since one's gets to learn new Technologies, interacting with client and working with them directly. We get to learn a lot of training's within IBM which helps us to learn new things. Job Security is one of the best things here. We can discuss with our managers for our career growth and then they shall help us in achieving that. Every year there exist appraisal/ awards to team and members working hard. Traveling is one of the best things as you get to go to client location , work with them and understand the pressure involved. Overall my experience with IBM is very good....Read More

With good things also comes some things which we personally may not like. The only thing I felt is a bit of politics involved. This may not be in all teams/ projects.
