Toxic Managers and Delivery Managers. They never speak politely even during normal calls. No empowerment given to senior employees do so work on their own. No job security. If you are in bench and no project for a month even when you join immediately they ask you to forcefully resign. Mangers think they only knows everything. Delievery managers talk very rudely and literally harrass everyone. I never seen any motivation or appreciation from them in these two years. But the client I work have shared many appreciation and feedback to managers but they never reveal it. Sometimes I feel these mangers talk as they have drunken alcohol. No onsite to anyone. There won't be any promotion and hike and if an employee work with 200 %dedication ,their won't be any hike at all.I mean how employee will be motivated for the next year and finally they will leave the company.If you need any HR support or IT support,there is no helpdesk number.You have to depend on chat bot which are worst.They neva give proper reply which you really want from them.

No doubt working with prestigious organisation like IBM is a eye catcher. Company will force you to learn anytime. So you will learn a lot through, learning assignment , free premium udemy, wfh facility.

Only Salary. What you get at the time of joining , will be fixed. No increment in any manner. There is no standard to that. So make sure ,you ask higher. They will deny on this but it is true. It is not Limited to me having 3 yrs in IBM but others who has 7 years too has the same issue.

There are very toxic projects in IBM and once you are into it, your impression about entire company goes bad !! Also the medical insurance is not good, you will end up paying a huge premium for even 1lk coverage for your parents. Also in IBM there is no much HR point of contact, it's all your manager who will control everything, he can ruin and also grow your career in the company. 1. One and only thing is there is no project assignment system or workforce management system to assign projects based on your skills. Exception: if we have good skills and if we know how to look next assignment, there could be possibility to avoid above concern. Otherwise IBM always good choice.
