In IBM flexibility is good employee can do work from home anytime.Here environment is good everyone is very supportive.As i joined here as a fresher i learnt a lot feom here and also i have to learn many more things.

Dislikes

Overall experience is good but inorder to enhance my skill set, i am looking for better opportunities.

Am I getting Lowball offer?

I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.
