If you are a Fresher then IBM is an institution where you would learn the basics of IT Services/ Support which would help you grow in the Industry. If you are good at Automation this is the best Industry nowadays. Work culture is Friendly and Supportive at all levels. GREAT COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO LEARN WHILE EARNING!!

Everything mentioned above except internal politics which is nor good for organization neither for loyal employees.

Dislikes

I don't like internal politics at all wherein innocent employees being framed in a negative way by own management for their own personal benefits irrespective of that they are aware of real culprit.
