good Work Life balance, unlimited sick leave, if you want to enjoy holiday with company's expense then this is the place. but if you are a hardworking individual and ethically can not digest free salary then stay away.

Dislikes

The management is total useless, one of the worst seen in my 25 year of carrier. They are simply bothered about their own work life balance, no focus on people reporting them, not even focused on client engagement and getting business'. Thy look for onsite opportunity for themselves, and give slogan like IBM is a self operated organization, then what is the need of you guys. The team collaborations are zero, people tend to work in isolation, no sharing of knowledge in project teams, no KT plans when new people come and go. The entire organization runs worse than a govt organization. The work that can be done by 2 resource, they charge client for 4 resources. That's not right way of making business', it should be driven by value delivery. The sr management who are left with 5-6 year of retirement already behave as if they are retired. guys if you think they why taking salary, please enjoy your holiday at your own expenses. Overall a bad experience tough its good for work life balance, but ultimately, one need to be engaged and busy with good or bad work, that supervision is missing, which is a key management portfolio....Read More
