Toxic Managers and Delivery Managers. They never speak politely even during normal calls. No empowerment given to senior employees do so work on their own. No job security. If you are in bench and no project for a month even when you join immediately they ask you to forcefully resign. Mangers think they only knows everything. Delievery managers talk very rudely and literally harrass everyone. I never seen any motivation or appreciation from them in these two years.
