I started ibm was a fresher, they gave me a job, that's only positive I guess.

Terrible.. Infact it was borderline nightmare. When you join as a fresher you are promised stars and moons, but eventually what you get is loads of disappointment and frustration. We are expected to work 10 hrs everyday and with 1 way transport, and when you are tired working in the office and and want to have a tea/coffee, you haveto pay for your beverage ☹️. Ibm India just want to make the most of gullible new comers and exploit them in terms of work. I hope nobody has to go through the nightmare the freshers have to go through joining this blackhole of a torture chamber. And it gets worse, no hike policy exists in this company, IBM india violates all labour laws in India and install software to track our work [Screen active time]...Read More

Probably, my first and the best company I have worked with. Very comfortable. No other company is even comparable to IBM in terms of work and personal life balance. It's really good and work culture is great. Leave policy, Medical Health Insurance, work environment, work from home, etc are very good facilities to employees. Since I was working on shifts, so I got cab one-way as it's the policy after 6.30PM IST, transport facilities are available. It's a fully manager-oriented company which means if your manager is good for you then you are at the right place. Also, don't expect salary hike.
