Probably, my first and the best company I have worked with. Very comfortable. No other company is even comparable to IBM in terms of work and personal life balance. It's really good and work culture is great. Leave policy, Medical Health Insurance, work environment, work from home, etc are very good facilities to employees. Since I was working on shifts, so I got cab one-way as it's the policy after 6.30PM IST, transport facilities are available. It's a fully manager-oriented company which means if your manager is good for you then you are at the right place. Also, don't expect salary hike. However, it's like govt. job so all the facilities and leave policy is really good especially for diversity employees. I was into GTS. Since I was into Compliance domain, so technology-wise I dint get much exposure to learn but there was no much work-pressure from the management. I worked in IBM for 3.3 years. Work environment is good.
