Promotions and salary hikes are very bad and very very slow. Even the eligible candidates have to wait for long although being top performer. Requires to push manager very hard to get what you deserve

Dislikes

Fantastic Place to work Managers are very Supportive

Only thing is Organization should work on modifying the Insurance coverage for parents If we had to enroll parents under insurance coverage its quite expensive which IBM should thing about it Apart from Insurance coverage, rest of the things are fantastic here
