I joined IBM 6 months ago, they don’t have a good management and no job security here they can fire you or put you on PIP without any reason

Over all good, it is your luck getting good project and manager. Upskill and certification is mandatory for senior resources.

Everything in Managers's hand. Not addressed employees concerns. You have work under shift timings though you are developer as most of the projects are US projects.

There is no work life balance at all. Appraisal is very less and promotion is very tough as it all depends on the manager however good you are.

Work life balance is terrible would be an understatement. Asked to work on every weekends even though it could have been managed on weekdays itself with proper management, sometimes even on holidays and all this without any compensation. Everyone keeps quiet about this, if you speak up, you will be highlighted. This is so worse that any other benefit pales in comparison, even a high salary.

Company is very good but people are bad. Supervisor along with other employee Bully. when made complaint nothing happens. Dont let you do job and dont follow hr policy. I was tslked very rudely by female supervisor and males bullied me by doing gestures. IF any thing happens like , do not hesitate to go to police.

Good for junior bands less than 8

Dislikes

Gets very risky for senior people of band 8 and above . Senior people are not easily allowed into billable projects which can lead to process called UTE PIP , PIP for chargeable utilisation.

They hired a particular skill but the task and work given is not relevant to your Experience. Example:- Hired as Data Analyst (SQL, PowerBi) and given the task of Java and php. Doing Huge Promises that we will give you the task and team as per your Tech/Experience. But no use. ITSR is Jail , and they don't tell at initial Stage while Joining. Certification program. Their process is simple and they provide free vouchers to do various certification.

Dislikes

Toxic Managers and Delivery Managers. They never speak politely even during normal calls. No empowerment given to senior employees do so work on their own. No job security. If you are in bench and no project for a month even when you join immediately they ask you to forcefully resign. Mangers think they only knows everything. Delievery managers talk very rudely and literally harrass everyone. I never seen any motivation or appreciation from them in these two years. But the client I work have shared many appreciation and feedback to managers but they never reveal it. Sometimes I feel these mangers talk as they have drunken alcohol. No onsite to anyone.
