Over all its a good place to work , learn and grow technically. Exposure to real time projects is a bit less. Facilities/platform are way good for learning any technology. Job security is also high as it have a lot of projects with it. And internal projects are always there so you don't have to worry about your job 🤪 Only at compensation it's poor it's not upto the mark as per market standards

Dislikes

Management issues w.r.t employees on transparency regarding oppertunities or promotion. No clear communication happen from their end on these and compensation is a big issues on promotion w.r.t market but as everything comes with a cost so you get job security which is very high but compensation is low

It's totally depends on the project , account and your team. If your team and your project manager is good then even complex critical projects will also become place of learning and fun.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .
