Salary, they can make people work for decades giving peanuts, Freshers join and they are almost at the package as a person working over a decade. Probably IBM doesnt have any review policy for tenured existing employees. My manager told me straight up to look outside what am I still doing here. Even management knows what IBM is doing but they can only sympathize.
