I meet some good people who have been very supportive and friendly. Working hours is good 💯

No bouns No hikes If you perform good 4-6 % hike I have been working here since last 7 months Work life balance is zero management just want you to work all the time even if you performance is good no bouns annual hike is 6-7 if performance is good Manager rules over here you will find them as peoples manager Manager can make his/her own rules no one is here to monitor their are no HR in IBM ONLY people who listen to their managers new rule will be pampered in any condition HR is from third party they don't have any role in IBM just they are here to hire and onboarding. Workload is too much with less salary and benefits. Onboarding kit is not provided. Just you will get laptop....Read More
