Likes

Good Work Life Balance, Salary & Benefits and Company culture. Manager will hear you and allows you vent out the frustration, but will not act on the promises made during one-one discussions. As they do not have real power to take decisions.

Project Alignment is terrible, I was a programmer and coding was my strong hold, I was moved to L1 support for 11 months, after putting up a fight with onshore and offshore management I was moved to technical role, which turned out to be Documenting the clients infrastructure. I wasted 18 Months of my employment & career by joining here. And absolutely no on-shore opportunity, When requested for On-shore, manager turned down by saying there is a huge backlog due to covid, so cannot nominate for any on-shore until next 2-3 yrs. And I was told only option was near shore Mexico. No idiot would like to go to Mexico to support near shore, and this strategy works out every time for them, As you are the one who will decline the offer to travel on work....Read More

Am I getting Lowball offer?

I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.
