The access to learning platforms.
Dislikes
Work life balance is terrible would be an understatement. Asked to work on every weekends even though it could have been managed on weekdays itself with proper management, sometimes even on holidays and all this without any compensation. Everyone keeps quiet about this, if you speak up, you will be highlighted. This is so worse that any other benefit pales in comparison, even a high salary.

Toxic Managers and Delivery Managers. They never speak politely even during normal calls. No empowerment given to senior employees do so work on their own. No job security. If you are in bench and no project for a month even when you join immediately they ask you to forcefully resign. Mangers think they only knows everything. Delievery managers talk very rudely and literally harrass everyone. I never seen any motivation or appreciation from them in these two years. When you fail to answer one or two questions, they give negative feedback. They use these negative feedback to terminate you. Please be sure that you are assigned to the project before you join IBM
